Just tripped over the OSD Nero amps and they look like a cross between the Outlaw and Emotiva BASX amplifiers. Anybody have any experience with them as to whetner they are any good?

I purchased the both the 7 channel and the 5 channel amps from OSD for my home theater setup this last august 22 to power my Klipsch reference series speakers - 11 channels. Now, I am no audio aficionado with deep in-depth knowledge of testing as I just wanted to take the extra workload off my receiver. I can say that I am completely impressed with the functionality and performance as I have heard an improvement in the details of the sound at higher volumes and when listening close to reference level the amps work without struggling (NOTE: Klipsch are highly sensitive and easy to push with low wattage). Now at low volumes no sound difference, but when dynamic shifts occur at higher volumes, I can clearly hear distinctive separation of sound in the surrounds and front sound stage also the aps function with a low amount of warmth even when operating all day. I am honestly impressed with the build quality and performance, and these are my first ever home theater amps and they have converted me forever and I am sure they will last a lifetime.

I've been looking at the OSD Nero XA7180 for quite some time. If Pioneer Elite / Onkyo do not release or announce an AVR with Dirac and class D amps at the 2023 CES I will probably buy one and pair it with the Tonewinner AT-300. I believe OSD and Outlaw are the same amps. The OSD Nero XA7180 is the same amp as the Outlaw 7000X and the XA5180 is the 5000X.
