That is still not very specific… not working how? Does it blow up your PC, does it make tentacles come out of your screen, does it keep loading, do you get an error message (which one)?

Uh, yes....

1. People may not be on your build of FF. May be that different builds behave properly
2. 'Doctor it hurts' helps the person you are asking help of absolutely zero.
3. Root Cause Analysis requires data

Also a bit snarky. You asked people for help, they asked you what exactly is going on and your reply was flippant.

I spent 15 years DRAGGING details out of customers that simply said "It doesn't work". To the point if they were too much of a cretin I made them hire someone like a Geek Squad person to come out so I had a brain to work with.

For the sake of being less "obtuse"...

With FF, I have acces to all forums on ASR... except the amplifiers forum. Never noticed this before, and thought I'd bring it to ASR's attention.

Where did I ask for help? I didn't need help - I just used another browser.

I was bringing the problem to ASR's attention.

Now who's being obtuse?
