My UMIK1 broke, the front fell off

Yeah, it broke, the front fell off.

The front part that holds the microphone capsule seems to be not screwed in, but glued, and mine simply fell off. :facepalm:

The cables are still connected and it still works, but should i expect the calibration to be off now?

Same happened to mine, I put it back on with sellotape, seems fine.

It's probably OK. I'd probably just glue it back. Whatever kind of glue you want to use. I'd probably try hot glue (if that will work) because it's "removable" and it's rubbery so it won't vibrate.

I doubt it can be re-calibrated because that would likely cost more than the mic...
