looking for a feedback on a balanced beta22 setup

I'm a DIY guy and have bought parts for a SE beta22 setup. I haven't build it yet but have soldered some of the parts many years ago.

I'm wondering if it's worth continuing with the project and what's your thoughts of continuing with the project as a balanced setup.

As a disclaimer, I had to look this amp up just to make some hopefully helpful answers. So, no direct experience but do have a fair amount of experience building and fixing electronics. But a few questions first…

1. Do you have all the parts to complete the build?
2. If not, can you still get the parts?
3. How much do you estimate it will cost to complete?
