Lavalier mic (wired or wireless) for very small budget. For audio calls/streaming

Well, it's possible this thread may cause a feeling of disgust, but is it possible to buy a decent lavalier mic (either wired or wireless) for streaming/audio calls for a very tiny budget.
Maybe something like boya BY-M1 PRO II (it's wired) or similar.

You can get $5 lapel mics and an extension cable and they do work. I got some on eBay and AliExpress and for chatting it's really not bad.
