KH 750 + KH 310

Hey,

Just snagged a Neumann KH 750 for my KH 310s. But there's this weird thing - when I plug the KH 310s into the KH 750 in stereo mode (channel B Input mode in the top position), there's no sound coming out from the right side 310.

Here's how I set it up: Apollo x8 to input 1 on my monitor controller, and then out from there to the KH 750. I've got the KH 750 output A to the left KH 310 and output B to the right one. Only getting sound on the left.

Tried switching cables and switing the connections (output A to the right speaker, then it works). Starting to think it might a problem with the the KH 750 output/input B. Any thoughts?

It’s actually brand new. I just reset it and still having the same problem.

I can see there's "channel B input mode" switch on the back, is it on the top position?

Yes it’s in the top position (“stereo/right mode”)

Quick update:
It turns out that this subwoofer unit is defective. I’ll be getting a new one in the next couple of days.
