KGUSS DP-A1 Amplifier review

This is a review and undetailed measurements of the KGUSS DP-A1 stereo Full-Digital power amplifier. It is on kind loan from 르나 of 'DCinside Speaker gallery' and costs 0 yet. (Return will coast about USD 5, but who cares!)


A Cute small Multi functioned Amp.

I tested with Both AUX in, Optical in

Let's see AUX first.

Well.. not so happy. look at that harmonics.
But no 60(50)Hz Hum is good thing.

Way better than AUX In, and low bump is not exist.

This is Loopback of APx525B some thing is happening.. but we can still read meaningful results..

Conclusion It is hard to recommend KGUSS DP-A1 Amplifier
Just Cry Quuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Can you just do a low end (0.5Hz) slow linear sweep (to a few hundred Hz with say a 100 steps) to see what's going on in the lowest octaves? The 32 multitone shows nothing about what is happening below, when the first tone is 15Hz.

And check for DC.

But yeah, otherwise, throw it in the bin. It's trash.
