Such a masterpiece.. Can't get enough of Nik Bärtsch's Ronin's experimental style.

This one allways gets me in a good mood:

Album: Third Round by Manu Katché
Track three "Senses" offers a sensual melody with Norwegian tenor saxophonist Tone Brunborg playing a bold, soothing melody within the steady rhythm of French-African drummer Manu Katché. Solid yet soft textures of cymbals, sax, piano and heart come through with every breath.

A Time for Love: The Oscar Peterson Quartet - Live in Helsinki, 1987 set

Track 6 on CD2 - Duke Ellington Medley [Live] 18:58 minutes - This track has a strong bass line that walks you through A-Train, Lush Life and several other Ellington hits. Joe Pass on Guitar and Oscar Peterson on Piano. This is an older recording but if you can get through this track without your foot tapping you are probably unconscious. Great rhythm and drive. This two CD set is an amazing example of the melodic skill, technique and rhythm known as the great Oscar Peterson Quartet.
