Hearing damage video

This is a video from my favorite headphone company OLLO audio about the risk of hearing damage. Perhaps not new information for most of you here at ASR, but headphone listening in general is an health issue. In the video, from the software he is using, he get SPL info. But as a music listner, how do you know the SPL level is not to high?
