FiiO Ka17 heating problem

I'm planning to get a KA17, but I've been reading that people had some problem with it running very hot in desktop mode. Since I live in a quite warm country and I'd mostly use it in desktop mode, should I be worried about it? Do you guys has/had that problem?

It never overheated for me. And I used it in desktop mode for long periods of time with headphones of varying impedance. The highest I can say is it was just warm.

I use it daily as a desktop device at my work, it is relatively warmer than other dongles but not at the level of "overheat", just remove the leather case to let it dissipate.

Same here, gets slightly warm that's all
