What a weird "compression chamber" for the (very cheap looking) tweeter - it might make sense for the marketing guys to talk to the engineering department before going to work just to figure out what they are actually selling.

Seems like a good starting base for further improvement with a bit of DIY.

That I remember, the French ELTAX always offers a fairly flat response in its speakers, going down a lot. Of course, the quality of the filter components is low.

So that's a different loudspeaker in the YT video (PWR 1959) vs. the OP (MTR 1959)... ?!?

Plus the PWR has those weird twin tweeters, so I imagine the horizontal directivity would be unpredictable. I would like to consider the MTR as a contrast to my Linton's, but unfortunately almost the price of the Linton's here in Oz.
