I just checked on the status of Toole's new book. It is scheduled for release on 8/7/17 and Amazon expects to ship it shortly thereafter:

Note that this is the 3rd edition of a series with similar names, and it took some digging to find the prerelease ordering info on Amazon.

An old thread, still a comment: I read Toole’s new book. I am into that audiophile sound since the late 60’s and believed I new a lot. Reading this book I realized what a wealth of information is and was out there that explained a lot that I did not understand before. Great book, great forum.
