Does a typical passive crossover network of resistors, capacitors and inductors delay the signal? What would be the typical delay in milliseconds for a 12 dB/octave network? Has anyone measured this for the original LS50 loudspeaker?

What I'm looking for is a ballpark number for a typical 12 dB/octave passive filter found in a bookshelf filter. Nothing fancy.
