Bypass A>D conversion on Adam T7V?

How hard would it be to hack the Adam T7V to feed their TAS5754M chip with a digital signal, bypassing the unnecessary Analog>Digital conversion?

It needs I2S serial digital audio signal, and you'd need to be pretty good at lifting pins or cutting tracks on fine pitch SMD. Not impossible, but difficult enough that you'd need to be really really keen to bother.
