Buckeye Nc502mp Review (6 Channel Amplifer)

Any speaker recommendations for the two-channel version of this amplifier? Aiming at $1000 USD or less

Usually people get the amplifier for the speaker.
If you were using some oddball speaker that took very little, or a very lot of power, then you could potentially want something different.

But almost anything you can find should be fine to put on the other side of those amps.

Crutchfield is selling the Revel Concerta2 F35 floor-standing loudspeaker in 'High Gloss White' for $400.00 EACH

You won't find better sound, (or near as good) for this money.

Thanks. I forgot to mention they have to be bookshelf speakers, so I apologize. I live in south america and importing floorstanders raises import costs a little too much. Besides, I already own a subwoofer.

Does Crutchfield shop to Columbia?
It's Colombia (if you're talking about the Country in South America), not Columbia

The 8 channel photo looks wrong, am I right? Is the same chassis as the 6 channel, 17 in wide, yes?

This would be my second buckeye. And the reason I would buy a second is exactly that these kinds of questions get answered by the manufacturer.

If I wanted to be a fan boy and buy unresearched, I would be getting a Spectral amp for $4k.

  • 17" wide x 13" deep x 4" high, 16lbs
  • 17" wide x 13" deep x 6" high, 24lbs

Yeah, it's important that you research possible chassis width inconsistencies in product images.

I didn't catch that but thank you. That probably explains the different photo. And yeah 2 inches will make a difference in my cabinet so I'm very glad I asked.

The problem with Buckeye is that they don't ship outside the US...

The height matters because I have limited space and want to fit fans. @Buckeye Amps do you recommend the fans on top or bottom where the heat sinks are?
