Best budget headphones

Hey everyone,
I am looking for your recommendations for a new pair of headphones. Nothing fancy, just a pair of decent headphones. I am hoping to spend less than $100 on them (if that is possible) and am realistic that that will not get me anything great. I have no experience with headphones of any quality and don’t know much about the technical terms around sound quality. I will be using them to listen to music at my desk and while doing woodwork in my shop.
Here are the features I am hoping for them to have:
Over ear
Decent sound quality
Passive noise canceling
Bluetooth and corded connectivity
Requires no extra amps or drivers or anything needed

Thank you so much for the help!

Corded headphones, if you can live without BT, my top recs would be the AKG K361 or K371. You can find the 361 for about $80, the 371 for about $120. Some prefer the 371, I personally liked the 361's sound better. These are over-ear but pretty lightweight and have decent build quality (too fragile for some here, but have been fine for me - my pair is four years old and still looks new). Take a listen to them if you can - I know Guitar Center carries them, but they are cheaper purchased online. Good luck!

Maybe AKG K371 if you can stretch the budget or find them on sale or used somewhere?

Alternatively, the AKG N700NC M2 can be had New on eBay for about $120.
It has better build quality than the JBL and Parametric EQ via the App (killer feature!). Well worth the extra cost IMO.

Thank you all for the quick replies!
I can find the AKG K361 with bluetooth and corded ability for $86, so that seems like a good option.
The JBL Tune 710BT can also be found for $80. Can I connect those with a cord, so they are not running bluetooth and using battery?
What is the main differences between the two?
I am really trying to keep the price down, so I don't want to go for the more expensive ones (even though i'm sure there better).

That checkbox was already ticked, but here it is again.

Oh, thank you! I missed that.
I think I am going to get the JBL Tune 710BT because they are a better price and it seems like you all think they are good.
Thank you for the help!
