A Call For Humor!

Are you having an anxiety attack, over that realID?
No got that a few of years ago. I'm afraid that that those in foreign lands won't recognize my real ID as free trade American. So maybe, won't be going to El Salvador for sure. Have been seen many times in Canada and all over Australia but unlike those changing badges and adding bumper stickers to their Tesla's not sure what to wear to show my true colors.

I remember my 8th grade teacher saying "If you go overseas, tell them you are Canadian"
I worked outside the USA for 30 years starting when young and in the 1970s all through the 1980s met many young males who prominently sewed little Canadian flags on their bags and rucksacks. Thing is I always stated being from the USA and the locals I met never seemed to care. Well, except for the young communist university students who'd warn me trouble was imminent I'd be smart to go far away from.

The trend is real but only works for normal/supermarket coffee. Once you start delving into the espresso specialty rabbit hole it can get as expensive as the audio hobby. I say this as a zillenial (born in 1997) who does both. And an addendum: people who delve into quality coffee rarely refrain from buying or visiting coffee shops, they just change their options: instead of going to McDonalds for their watered down coffee or to Starbucks for their overpriced "venti" cup, they go to local specialty coffee houses owned by the roasters themselves and/or small entrepreneurs.

Expenses notwithstanding, the jump in quality from deli coffee to passionate homebrewing is akin to the one from upgrading a JBL bluetooth speaker to a dedicated well measuring 2.1 setup.
