No need for the original package either, just tossed in an envelope should do the trick.
I'll have one coming to me now. Thanks

i only get the one with the limitations.
Hardware limitation because of EU laws yes. US/intl is 1Vrms, while the EU is 0.5Vrms iirc.
Sure? I was under the impression the US version had a few mW more oompf. I'll reread the review thread. What limitations? Volume limitations on android? It's an android issue rather than the dongle issue.
It appears to be voltage limited as well. I use my (US) apple dongle dac on my (edit:windows) laptop at work daily, and it's flawless, but it's very quiet on my oneplus 7 pro.Sure? I was under the impression the US version had a few mW more oompf. I'll reread the review thread.
Cheers, but i would rather trust someone at ASR with my 10 bucks. Here are a few people willing to send you an A2049:

Well, that would be easy to measure with a voltmeter. If you can get more than 0.5 volts out of it, it's not limited.I guess the ones we get in Canada are the same as the US version…
There is one on it's way, no need for the Canadian version. But thanks, anyway, you are a hero.I guess the ones we get in Canada are the same as the US version…
