Hi, I need wireless headphones to connect to the LG TV with active noise cancellation because I live in a square where they often hold concerts
Thank you

If you can get a Bose Quietcomfort (think the latest model is just the "Quietcomfort" but there have been the 35 series and 45 series before) they are very comfy and good noise cancellation.

BUT all bluetooth headphones have the issue of latency- which is irrelevant for music only but for lip syncing with the TV picture might be an issue. Depends if your TV has the ability to adjust the sync.

I used the Sony WF-C700N, they are synchronized well but have a very low volume.
They recommended the Apple airPods max to me...I read that they aren't good for listening to music but some say they have excellent noise cancellation.

Are you looking for IEM or full size over ear?

An inexpensive pair to start

I have serious noise problems in the evenings coming from outside my apartment, I need good noise canceling headphones so I can watch a movie in peace.
Price is not important for peace of mind

Just tonight they are having a DJ event, I can't hear the TV

But what if a friend is around, a good pair to share is good to have and from the review they worked well. FWIW

I've read some reviews on Amazon where someone says the noise cancellation doesn't work well

okay, was just suggesting an inexpensive reference and starting point for real world experience. I would trust advice here more than Amazon. (even if you exclude mine)
Several HP sites here. Good luck

I tried the Sony WH-CH720N headphones, they are not very good at noise cancellation, I returned them.
For now I will try the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra, I hope they are better

If the noise you are trying to suppress is louder than your TV and is mixed content like voices/ music etc then ANC can only do so much. And be careful, you might end up damaging your hearing by playing your music on the headphones louder than is good for you for extended periods during these events.

Thank you for the advice, I think I'll use them during this Christmas period, in general during the weekend, a film could last a maximum of two hours
