That still leaves a very valid question - "Given that, will I personally be better off to pay someone else to take care of the stuff I don't want to do?"
No judgement from me! Some people pay other people to
mow their lawns because they (i.e., the "some people") decide their time is worth more to them doing something else
or they dislike doing it enough to pay for the convenience of
not having to spend an hour or two cutting grass.
There is room for
both kinds of people (sweat equity
vs. pay-for-service) in society (so far...).
