Hi,
Thinking about getting a Marantz ND8006 to run active speakers. The ND8006 has a preamp and variable outputs, but I'm wondering if not using a dedicated preamp will result in a significant loss of sound quality. Any opinions out there? Or, better yet, has anyone used the ND8006 as a preamp (with power amp or actives) and, if so, what are the results?
