Hey guys,

I am using Q Acoustics 3050i and Rega Brio 2017 Amp

I am in the market for a new DAC purchase. I have been looking at Topping E30.

Since my use is mainly for stereo purpose, I will be using USB input (For connecting Laptop to DAC) and RCA output (For connecting DAC to Amplifier).

I have already got decent/good quality speaker cables and similar decent/good RCA interconnects.

My question, is since USB input is also very important in my chain and since I just use a plain stock usb b to usb a cable for it, is there any way to improve USB input. I remember reading Amir mentioning USB input as very dirty. Is there a solution or an accessory which will greatly benefit. I've read about AQ jitterbug and ifi audio's similar product. Are there any more such recommended products. Will they help or is it just snake oil?

There is no way to improve the sound with the USB cable, if it functions properly then it functions properly...

See https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...s/do-usb-audio-cables-make-a-difference.1887/

I've written the following before:
Properly designed USB interfaces recover the signal from the noise, and isolate the power and ground connections. The following threads may be useful:
