USB C Splitter for charging and connection to Hidisz S3 pro

Hi gang, hope you are doing well.

I am looking to better my car audio experience from tidal or UAPP on my P7P.

I have ordered an affordable Hidisz S3 pro. i use an SKW Cable in the car along with a cable matters ground loop isolator as my rear LEDs cause some noise on aux when turned on (i cleaned the AUX port which helped a bit and the Ground loop isolator cleaned up the rest).

I would like to add a USBc Splitter to be able to charge at the same time.

• Will using a splitter impact the performance of the S3 Pro DAC?
• Should i be looking for a specific type of Splitter (with or without DAC built in ? most seem to have a DAC built in for passthrough).

Yes, you should be looking for a splitter with:
A: no internal DAC (since you'll be using the Hidizs dongle as external DAC)
B: Power Delivery passthrough
