Just grabbed an SMSL PO100 pro on eBay
For testing for function I use a Syba Sonic as it's USB but has coax, optical, and RCA outputs which are handy to test if a DAC inputs are working. The amp is weak and noise floor high, but the optical works fine and no driver is needed. Got it for $26 from Amazon warehouse.
