Hi Everyone,

I bought a NX4 DSD based on Amir's review and very happy with it.

I use it with a DT770 80Ohms.

Should I use LOW gain and higher volume?
Or High Gain and Lower volume?

Thanks

Low gain and high volume will bring up noise, high gain and low volume will risk distortion. If you don't get audible noise, then go for low gain. If you do get hiss, the try high gain.

Low gain high volume won't bring up noise. Use as close to unity gain as possible. Use gain if it's still not loud enough when volume pot is at max.
