Schiit Magni 3+ and Topping E30 stack?

I'm planning to buy the 6xx with the schiit magni 3+ as the amp and topping e30 as the dac. Although I have a few questions.

I'm using a pc and to connect these amp and dac, I will need 5 cables am I right?

2 for RCA left + right
1 for USB input for the E30
1 DC power for the E30
1 more to power the magni 3+

Did I miss something?

I meant all the cables required to set them up, I'm just listing the required cables even though most of them are included in the product box.

Just so my desk won't become a worse cable nightmare.
