Sabaj A20h vs Topping L30 II

The power specs for Sabaj A20h are:

Are these power ratings for the balanced out or the unbalanced out ?

How does the power ratings of Sabaj A20h's unbalanced out compares to Topping L30 II's unbalanced out ?

Which one can drive DT990 250ohms better ?

I happen to have both. The l30 II stack has a silent noise floor, but with low sensitivity headphones and EQ with a premp reduction you'll be at the end of high gain on hard to drive headphones. The A20h with a Topping E50 can drive the He6se on balanced or anything else I've tried. The single end has less power, but with a balanced DAC even the DT880 600ohm is fine.
If your going to use 10ohm IEMs then the L30 it is best, but for anything else I use the A20h as a daily driver. Only annoying thing is the plugs are all in the back.

All my headphones and DACs are single ended, Do you happen to know the power ratings of SE output for A20h ?

I have a Schiit Heresy and a Liquid spark amp, Does A20H output more power at 250ohms through SE out compared to my amps ?

Which headphone amp is recommended for DT990s 250ohms ?

Have used L50 (330mW 300ohm SE) and L70 (236mW) into 990's (with eq).
I trip the L70 into protection with low gain but demanding material like a poor source + constant explosions.
Tripped the L50 with some rock concerts. I do miss the bit more SE oomph but the ladder volume relay preamp feature is too nice.
If you listen to a lot of quiet or live recordings the 990's did not quit before these amps did. Max current is not comfortable for very long listening anyways. Cymbals, toms almost as loud as real ones.

The Heresy has more power than the single end which is I estimate 1/4 of balanced side. If you want more power to stay in low or medium gain with those, the Topping A30 Pro with an E50 DAC would be a noticable upgrade. For less an SMSL SP200 with a Topping D10b would be a good boost too.
The Heresy can power those fine, and sounds great. The only advantage is extra current to avoid high gain.
