Topping A50s: OK with cable using 3.5mm-4.4mm adapter?

I'm relatively new to audio so please forgive me if the below is a noob question.

I have a Topping A50s amp and a pair of Kiwi Ears Septet IEM's. The IEMs come with a cable terminated in a 3.5mm plug. The IEMs also came with a 3.5mm female to 4.4mm male adapter. (Edit: Not true. This particular headphones come with 2 plugs: A 3.5mm and a 4.4mm. The 3.5mm comes attached by default. Thanks to @ggg for correcting this.)

The Topping A50s amp has 4.4mm and 6.35mm headphone outputs.

From my research in these forums, I understand that some amps can be ruined if an unbalanced cable is connected to their 4.4mm balanced output, making some manufacturers negligent in including 3.5mm to 4.4mm adapters.

My question is: For specifically the Topping A50s, would the amp be fine with no risk of damage if I connected to the 4.4mm output jack, using a 3.5mm to 4.4mm adapter?

If helpful, Topping's website says the following of the A50s: "Although there is only a single-ended input, A50s has a built-in balanced amp circuit. Therefore, it can drive single-ended headphones by 6.3mm output, and drive balanced headphones by 4.4mm balanced output."

Also if helpful, on the Kiwi Ears website, it says the following of the cable and plug: Cable: "5N OCC, 0.78mm 2-pin, 1.2m ±5cm". Plug: "3.5mm & 4.4mm Interchangeable"

Thank you very much for your help!

There are some Amps like the JDS Atom Amp 2 or SMSL C200 that include a 4.4mm port just for convenience, which is internally connected to the same single-ended amplifier circuit that the 6.35mm jack is connected to, and so only carries a single-ended signal.

On these devices, a 4.4 to 3.5 adapter may not damage anything, though I'd like to probe it with a multimeter to say for sure.

On Amps where this is not the case and the 4.4mm jack is connected to a differential Amplifier, such adapters are a no-go.

The A50s is one such Amp.

Thank you staticV3. You probably saved me from an expensive mistake. Can't believe that manufacturers would bundle adapters that may very well cause damage Edit: Not true with this manufacturer - see @ggg's response below.

You are absolutely right ggg, my apologies. I made this mistake because the 3.5mm had come already connected and it looked like it was terminated. The other end was wrapped in plastic and I didn't unpack it. Sorry to give false info out
