Well Bummer that seems that it has gone MIA at the moment. Was really looking forward to using this a my office desk DAC. I just put an order in for the JDS El Dac to pair with my Atom at work to hold me over in the meantime.

When I emailed ShenzenAudio last week about when they expect the D50s, they said about a month or little longer. So maybe the date hasn't been nailed down yet and its not as close as we hoped.

My guess is that vendors are complaining of ex-stock for the D50 they still hold.
And that they need more time to clear as much of their existing stock as possible before it becomes dead stock.

Not forgetting, without the cash from clearing this stock, the vendors may not have enough cashflow to stock up on the upcoming DX7PRO either. (That was supposed to land in July too, as was quoted " 3 months more " back at the end of March. ).

For headphone users, should make a really nice combination with the JDS Labs Atom headphone amp.

I imagine the upcoming Topping DX7S Pro DAC/Amp will be a nice all-in-one DAC/headphone amp.

Ordered one (free shipping this week) since i've been happy with D50 but i could use remote every now and then. And i got decent LPSU for it...

Interesting to hear if that solved hump changes anything soundvice...

About filters, 1st page graph shows filters from 18K -> , is there any difference between filters under 18K Hz ?

Looks like there is ~5dBA variation at 18k Hz (just curious, probably not audible anyway) ?

Im wondering the actual reasons to justify the price difference if we exclude the display and such features.
