Nobody mentioned PSI AVAA, yet? I'm still thinking of buying those but.. so expensive

They work but yes very expensive.

Just one AVAA in the back wall corner.
8351B + 7360A sub (GLM correction disabled)
I am considering adding 1-2 more or investing in Trinnov ST-2 Pro.

Do any acoustic treatment companies offer practical bass traps? By practical I mean this list here.
  • Clear effectiveness below 200Hz and a reasonable amount below 100Hz.
  • Clear testing method and availability of results.
  • Only a few inches deep to keep them suitable for domestic settings. This excludes electronic versions since they are the size of subwoofers and tube traps, unless you happen to like those in the corners of your room.
  • No DIY for the lazy of us, and those with no tools or space to build.
  • No broadband absorption. Enough of that as it is.
  • Ability to buy a few panels at a time for the living room or bedroom.
  • Excellent build quality.
They don't specify testing method, but they do collaborate with NWAA (https://www.stereophile.com/content/nwaa-labs-measurement-beyond-atomic-level-page-2), which is reassuring: https://acousticsfirst.info/2021/05/24/sonora-lfc/

Thank you very much.

Looks like good use of mass loaded vinyl.
I think they fit your criteria list reasonably well. RealAcoustix also makes the BassMod 1500 (https://www.realacoustixllc.com/bass-traps) but no data available. I also saw an interesting custom product called APEQ designed by WSDG and manufactured by RPG (https://www.barryrudolph.com/mix/ni...56saCEtAmooKdg8oKJM4DxzbU-mDnh5rAxkd6VTV8kHKI), but I don't understand the description as it relates to the picture and caption.

I believe that's simply the Modex Module, which can be tailored to a certain center frequency.

I'm personally very skeptical to NIRO considering the cost vs actually measuring in the room itself and where you know you can rely on the result for certain. NIRO seems like an easy solution with doubtful marketing towards rich clients who wants something quick but where you easily end up with mediocrity. I was dissapointed by the lack for answers when I communicated with them. It's ridioucously expensive.

I have been using a pair of MSR Spring Traps for years but I do not know if they are still available.
I have one as well but when I moved to a larger house it was not going to be sufficient. I had two custom units made based on SpringTraps principles to supplant my narrow-band Helmholtz resonators. They form each corner of the false wall that holds the LCR plus 2x subwoofers. They are 60cm wide and 3m tall, floor to ceiling. They work! :)

Seems that way. In that sense there is no comparison with the PSI AVAA.
Not as a stand-alone product but as a custom solution, there is.

Most will commission a HT system from an installer and that installer is expected to build or treat the room by hiring specialists. An acoustical consultant, like Rocket Science or mnakustik in the link below, are two examples for those specialists. I urge the readers to read the following link that I copied from above. (Google translate works well.) It is an excellent summary of bass response treatment in a room.

summary of bass response treatment in a room
Not exellence but bearable.
Es gibt daher weltweit nur wenige Stereo-Räume, in denen diese Technik zum Einsatz kommt
I have one :).
Häufig wird wegen der völlig anderen Lautsprecheranordnung auch der Bassbereich als „abgelöst“ vom Mitten- und Höhenbereich empfunden, selbst wenn messtechnisch ein sauberer Übergang vorliegt.
False. An overgeneralization at best. "Normal" sats and subs "völlig anderen Lautsprecheranordnung auch der Bassbereich" also.

dass in realen Räumen
DBA works more or less lower and not so perfect than in theory.

Below its stated "NRC performance - Time in seconds by Frequency". I'm just wondering how it could be little below 2 / more of 1
NRC is not a unit measured in seconds.
