Pair of New Speakers manufactured 20 months apart

If you purchased a new pair of new speakers for $7000 with serial numbers indicating they were manufactured 20 months apart, would the manufacturing date spread be a concern?

I'd definitely measure them and compare. Of course, I'd do that with any commercial speaker I bought. Variations occur in normal production.

It might be of more concern with mass produced speakers. With high end speakers, each of the bits & pieces (drivers and crossover parts) is/are probably purchased in one lot.
