To be honest I don't remember. I think there were connection issues and sound quality issues. If you are interested in LDAC I highly recommend the IFI Zen Blue. Amir has reviewed it here. 120+ Sinad via Optical out best sinad ever for LDAC. I have one to sell in perfect condition if you decide to go that way. PM me if interested.

Thanks, but what made the other one so attractive was the price.

Shame that it appears to have issues, I'll keep looking for something that works and is cheap (hope I find one!)
