MQA in Qobuz? Or Roon bug.

I’ve reloaded it, played something else, and come back. But it keeps doing this.

Report it to them and let them know you don't want it. Without customer complaints, they can't push back against such nonsense.

Qobuz has said before that sometimes they are given MQA files without notice from the supplier. If you notify them, I bet they'll eventually replace it with a non MQA version, if it exists.
