Can you suggest for me a product meeting the following specs?

1. Pocket knife for opening and breaking down shipping cartons
2. Combined with beer bottle opener
3. Lightweight and small because my pockets got enough stuff already and it's an all-day tool
4. Replaceable utility knife blade because I find sharpening blades wearisome

I've seen lots like this, but can't recall ever seeing one with a bottle opener:

However, I keep my keys on one these doo-hickeys which I can use in emergencies where I am overcome with thirst: :)

Opening boxes with a scalpel with a beer opener all day....what could go wrong? :)

They do a bigger one that takes full size blades which looks neat:

That’s true. Also available as one of the options in the Amazon link I shared :) I recommended the one I did since it was smaller and more pocketable.

I just ordered one of these bc I'm tired of replacing box cutter style blades, especially for Cutting Boxes down for recycling (why on earth does That dull blades?).

(BTW, the only utility knife I use any more is this one:
One hand opening (button press), very stable to handle.
I see now they have others in the line up, too.)

Won't know about beer bottle opener until I receive it, but looks like that is a Nope.
I use this, tho:>

But I also do not like having to fuss with sharpening 'everyday blades' so the replacable blade feature - and lightweight small size - is of interest to me.
They seem to have several varieties of this knife -this one apparently comes with a few replacement blades.
I'll update when I receive it.

I actually know this. :)

There's quite a lot of clay, and sometimes other abrasive aditives, in some types of card and paper.

I have one of those on my desk. It's more big and heavy than I would ideally prefer. And the blade wobbles in its holder and the holder wobbles in the hinge so I wouldn't call it a win for my needs.
