IOTAVX SA3 lost right channel on inputs 1 & 4

I purchased the IOTAVX SA3 used from the previous owner who bought it new and didn't use it much. It was working fine for the last 3 months until recently. I lost the right channel on input 1 and later discovered input 4 has the same problem. All the other inputs work fine on both channels. I know this is probably a long shot but has anyone else had this problem with their SA3 and if you were able to fix it? Unlike vintage amps, there's no schematic of this amp to help with troubleshooting. If I had to guess I think it's an issue with one of the relay switches on the PCBA near the inputs at the back.
