Kappa 8s, look very good.

Q. is there a process sending specific test tones to assess and determine accuracy that drivers that should correspond to that frequency?
(vs using multimeter)

Use REW (free software) and a Umik 1 USB measurement microphone or something similar. REW can give responses using a frequency sweep which is safer for tweeters vs spaced tones. You also can limit the range of the sweep if you only wanted to test woofers or tweeters or midrange drivers.

Where can I find the actual crossover frequency for each woofer, mid-bass,mid-range, EMIT?

Woofer 90hz
Mid-Bass 80-500
Polydome ?
EMIT tweerer 4khz+
