Hegel H120 crosstalk on XLR inputs

I've owned a Hegel H120 integrated amplifier for some time now, and I've noticed that when a DAC is connected to it on the XLR input, then when I change the source to another analog or digital input of the amplifier (there are several on the Hegel), I hear a quiet humming of music from the XLR input - but only in the left speaker. I asked a question about this to Hegel and got the answer that you should turn off the source if you are not listening to it, because such crosstalk is perfectly normal. According to them, the goal is the highest quality music ;) they used the shortest paths.
I wonder if you have the same? Is it BS and just bad design?

Ideally, the relays for controlling the inputs should be located directly behind the sockets. Where are they at Hegel?

I found only one inside photo (somewhere on the web), but I know if you can see it well.

Does look ok. Wonder how they manage to get the crosstalk then …

What’s on the right? Phono pre?

Found a better picture.
Theory: DAC (red box) isn’t stopped feeding / maybe not cut off by a dedicated relay (red-yellow twisted cables, see yellow arrow) and then crosstalks into the other inputs.

I don't use the internal DAC at all. I've connected the external DAC to the amplifier's XLR inputs, and when I change to another input, I can hear the music quietly from this external DAC (connected via xlr).

Not great. Even in a 390, since it's a completely different price range?
