Hi, I am trying to figure out the best set up for my KEF KC 62 subwoofer with a KW1 wireless kit to my Hegel 190.
The Hegel manual says for best performance, use a speaker level (high level) connection. Currently, I have my R3 Meta speakers plugged into the speakers connection, so was thinking of using spade to RCA cables to do this. However, the KW1 wireless only has one set of +/- connection, do I only connect one side (ie. Left Channel) to do this?
The other option that I currently use is using the Variable Line Level Output (White + Red) to the KW1 wireless. The manual says for this case to set the KC62 to "Manual" instead of the "LFE" option. However, when I use the "Manual" option, I barely get any signal/bass to my KC62, instead when I use the LFE option, there is a fuller bass signal coming through. I set the volume to quite low (the 8 o'clock position) and the crossover to 50Hz on the KC62.
Thanks in advance for your guidance!
