Headphone EQ Set Up

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting, and my first time properly delving into mixing using headphones.

I am hoping someone could advise on the best way to set up an EQ curve for a pair of headphones.

My initial plan, as an example with the LCD-X 2021s, was using rogue amobas sound source, having fab filter pro q 3 on the output with oratory1990s eq setting as found here:

Is this the correct way to go? If anyone could advise or push me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!

For mixing, I'd look into Waves NX. It has oratory's PEQ setting built-in natively.
