Fiio happen to announced a new DAC/AMP combo for $749.99 available now. THX 788 with AK4499 DAC chip with LDAC support, impressive on paper but will it measure well?

I still have my FiiO X3.

$750 for SOTA with high build quality is a bargain.
Being able to connect via LDAC (Bluetooth?) is excellent.

The feature set really is impressive, but if the measurements are accurate, the performance looks just good enough.
If the performance of the final product is better, it could be a very good all-in-one box though.
