ASR and its members have put great effort into finding quality measuring DACs and are in the process of unearthing quality measuring loudspeakers. There are a few Pro loudspeaker manufacturers that now equalize the output using DSP and include digital as well as analog inputs. How can we see if these manufacturers are providing low noise, accurate measuring digital processing inside. Are we perhaps better off getting an analog version of Neumans or Genelecs and sticking with a high SINAD DAC and amplifier or going full digital?
