Thought I should post it here that "Case" over on hydrogenaudio has graciously provided an updated 64 bit version which to date had not been available.

Apparently the original Convolver component invoked an obsolete 32 bit Intel library so it was not just a question of recompiling but also new code.

The discussion with the link to the new component is at https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic,125461.msg1039229.html#msg1039229 .

Now those of us with a library of correction .wavs for our headphones/IEMs can use them with 64 bit v2.1.2.

Case has had a 64 bit compatible convolver for some time now. Perhaps this discussion is about an update.

Actually it was Case who explained the original convolver for 32 bit was written by Garf, then donated to Peter, and that it was not a simple matter of recompiling it for 64 bit.

However, just 4 1/2 hours later, Case posted a link to a 64 bit version that looks and acts almost exactly like the one we've used for years in 32 bit Foobar.

Case knows his way around a compiler the way a chef knows his way around a kitchen.
