I would like to integrate/connect a sub to my system and I am not sure which would be my best option. I have been reading in the forum how other members in my situation have connected it and I was hoping if someone would be able to confirm.
I have:
Laptop -topping e50 - topping pa5- elac DBR62

and would like to add wharfedale sw150 sub.

Cheers

As the simplest solution I would say

Topping e50 - sub line level in and sub line level out to pa5 and then to elac. And set the volume with the e50.

You set the crossover at the sub.

From what I can see, you can use the rca/line output from the E50 into the line level input of the SW150. The E50 has a setting where you can use both the balanced and the line level outputs simultaneously. Use the E50 balanced output into the PA50.

Thank you for your replies.

Is there any difference between choosing between the 2 options suggested above?

Also how do I determine the crossover frequency settings and the volume?
