Best budget ( measurement led) speakers?

That's why I suggested lists, so that one can filter by his/her idea of "budget". :)

My personal list, bookshelf:
Kali audio (all are very good)
Wharfedale Linton
Kef Q Concerto
Revel Concerta
Ascilab (when available)
Arendal 1961 (discontinued)

Towers:
Kef Q7 or Q11 meta (it's a guess, no measurements so far)
Revel Concerta

Q Acoustics 3010i, 3020i, Focal 806, 816, 906. Focals are affordable as the new models are out, but I would not call them budget.

If you look around you could get Kali IN8 v2 for $500 shipped. Price to measurements can’t be beaten and with 8” bass driver.

Can you provide link to measurements of the speakers you mention?

Depends entirely on your definition of budget. A cheap system, which is not at all the same as a budget one, might be;
Active: WiiM Pro Plus (£220)
Passive: WiiM Pro Plus + Aiyima A07 Max (£300 total)
(other combinations of streamer, DAC and Amp are available and could be cheaper but this seems to pack a lot of punch for little money)

You'd really want to spend more on the speakers than on the electronics ... but that depends on whether you can afford to (budget). I'd be inclined to say that these systems point to £200 for speakers (pair)
JBL 305P Mk II, Wharfdale Diamond 12.1 ... something like that

You could spend less, it would be easy to spend more. Obviously, it depends on your room too - these could be completely lost in larger rooms.

What an awesome system though for around £400, that's insane.

I'll throw in my two cents : The Polk ES20 and the KEF Q150. And, although they don't measure the best, the Sony SSCS5 is a charming little speaker. And, if you're just looking at price, the Dayton Audio B65 can't be beat. Considering what you get, pretty amazing.

What are the best measurement led ‘budget’ speakers?
I am asked occasionally , I have gad KEF’s LS50 they aren’t expensive, small Genelecs.
What sort of figure would you consider budget
I suppose I am looking for the Topping dacs. of the speaker world.
Thanks
Keith
This can be easily done by sorting the review index by price, looking at preference score/recommended, and reading the reviews to match the speaker size to the room size. Or you can sort by preference score, then scroll down to your price point.

It is a unique in the industry resource. It is non-commercial.

Dalis Senzor 1 (I think was meassured in this site) and Spektor 2.
