I would like to replace the original surroundings (which are too stiff and partially cracked) of my CM4 bass unit and bass mid unit with new rubber surroundings.
I do not have any experience with Aluminium cones so i am wondering if the same glue that is used for paper , IMG or polypropylene can also be used for Aluminium cones with the same efficiency?
Or should i use a different type of glue ?
Any tips and special products to use when cleaning the old rubber from the Aluminium cone ?
