A Call For Humor!

That was common in Japan.

I gotta admit that these AI things are good for obscure questions:

do japanese restaurants still give handwritten receipts with any amount desired?

In Japan, the practice of issuing handwritten receipts, known as "ryoshusho," is still common in some places, especially in smaller, traditional establishments. These handwritten receipts can sometimes be customized with specific amounts or details as requested by the customer. However, it's important to note that most modern businesses, including many restaurants, now use printed receipts from cash registers, which are also considered official ryoshusho.

Yeah, I liked the smaller, traditional establishments.

One of my favorite spots to start an evening. run by an ex sumo wrestler and his wife. His build was more like Tarzan than the usual fat guys.

Unfortunately, it looks like it is no longer what it was, in this recent Street View. No Sumo on the sign.

the girl answer, Yes of course

and will you sleep with me for 10$
the girl answer, who do you think am i?

and the guy reply,

Well, we settle that with the first question!

So... I am really not sure what this sidebar ad which popped up today on a rather banal (ironically banal, as it happens) website on which I was reading something says about my browsing habits. I found it... rather odd. :eek::facepalm:

Kind of an odd looking Crystal Tray for Stones, isn't it? Or... just what do they mean by stones??
Kidney stones?
