You can always get another suit from him when you get "back in shape".

Oh, traditionally tailored suits will often be designed with extra fabric to look good even when altered by about 2 sizes up and down. Just that I'd either need to bring it back and be measured up again our next holiday there, or find someone competent locally. Thinking of a subtlely checkered jacket, something like this but maybe with a dark red instead of baby blue:

Yup. 1997 I bought my first "big" TV, 32inch for about the same price as I now paid for 77". Actually adjusted to inflation the 32" was more expensive.
