Weird Cars Thread

I've seen too many road-railers to think they're weird - the Unimog and Land Rover ones are more normal than most!

Do you know any more about this one? It's a bit different at the rear to the one Roos Engineering did.

I think I still have a Magazine from the U.K that has this Aston Martin Lagonda shooting brake in its pages. Most of these cars are custom coach built.

They merged on January 2018 with Merger with Emil Frey Classics AG.
So they are still doing Aston Martins.

They also had horizontally opposed air cooled 8 cylinder engines, performance was apparently very good!
If there is one car brand that I would love to have in my possession? The Tatra brand.

Here is the very first Czechoslovakian drift car

This guy rebuilt a bus verison. Even the inside is pretty.
And the back up lights on the side? Way ahead of their time!

Some of their new engines. They stopped making cars sadly.

A bit about their Gas Hemi Engines.

The engines are Air cooled. Even the Diesels. IMO? Some of the most reliable engines out there.

It appears to be a Dodge of some sort -- perhaps modified/camouflaged.
Early 1960s, I would think -- when some of Mopar's designs did get a little weird.

Well... OK... how about a '58 or '59 Plymouth?

OK, I was (am) torn between putting this here and in the "humour" thread -- but it's all about cars (a car) and weird enough to qualify, so I am puttin' it here.
(and resisting the temptation to cross-post)

It's an April fool and not an April fool, too, at the same time! ;)

I am not into supercars, but this move makes perfect sense. A few years from now the sale of all or almost all ICE cars is likely to be banned in Europe. So if Ferrari intends to continue in business, it has to make a move. Of course, the price is absurd, but I like the clean styling, especially the rear.

Clearly, it is a break with Ferrari design tradition, but I think it looks great. Inevitably, the advent of the new EV technology asks for a new design language, such as Tesla also realized. Sleek and minimalist aerodynamic design has become more important than ever. Range limitations are only a real concern at highway speeds and distances.
