I think I still have a Magazine from the U.K that has this Aston Martin Lagonda shooting brake in its pages. Most of these cars are custom coach built.

And the back up lights on the side? Way ahead of their time!

The engines are Air cooled. Even the Diesels. IMO? Some of the most reliable engines out there.

It appears to be a Dodge of some sort -- perhaps modified/camouflaged.
Early 1960s, I would think -- when some of Mopar's designs did get a little weird.

Imperial Limo most likely - it has Imperial script on the front fender I think.

Edit:

Yep - Crown Imperial Limo by Ghia looks closest to it.
