Looking for a USB-C to MMCX cable with built in dac/amp for use with custom Westone IEMs and a Samsung s22 ultra. My reference is a QP1R dap, smsl desktop setup and pro audio gear. The stock Westone cable works great but my aftermarket bougie IEM cables (before my asr awakening) crackle from static(?) when wearing polyester shorts so that's a concern.

Trying to avoid a dongle if possible. A great mic would be nice but having a mic is not mandatory.

Any recommendations / user experience would be greatly appreciated.

Not a recommendation but they do exist. https://amzn.eu/d/0wYE2h8

Personally I'd get a known decent mmcx 3.5 cable and keep it connected to a slimline good dongle (the £20 jcally jm20 or the apple dongle ) because then you know the output is beyond reproach . Who knows how good or bad the one i linked or others like it are ?

I also found this list but not much user experience or any testing. Would like the best dac/amp given that it's in a cable. (Is this an oxymoron?)

I ordered a jcally jm20 to try as well. Thanks for the recommendation.

DDHIFI do a nice looking USB C cable with dac and mic but it’s quite pricey, DDhifi stuff is well built so I personally wouldn’t have an issue with the cost as it seems like a perfect solution if you absolutely need such a thing
